Omega aims to provide hospitals with a smart solution for interventional cardiology fluoroscopy systems.

Another hospital saves hundreds of thousands of dollars with a flat panel upgrade exclusively from Omega. In 2001 The Christ Hospital, in Cincinnati Ohio, installed an Omega fluoro ii system into their Heart and Vascular center. At the beginning of this year they updated their image intensifier Omega lab to a state-of-the-art flat panel system and saved not only in equipment cost, but also room construction, room prep, downtime, and staff training. Omega’s systems integrate seamlessly with state-of-the-art 3D technology systems. The Christ Hospital’s Omega EP upgrade is working in conjunction with the Boston Scientifics Rhythmia mapping system. . This integration allows the EP lab to provide the best patient care possible.

Hospitals that choose the Omega upgrade path spend on average 60% less in system acquisition cost than they would for a new competitive system. Upgrading to a flat panel allows for state of the art imaging at a fraction of the cost. The upgrade takes on average one week; allowing hospitals to avoid costly downtime and put focus back on patient care.
